Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Lead to join our team and drive excellence in construction and restoration projects. This pivotal role combines hands-on craftsmanship with leadership, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. As a Lead , you will oversee various aspects of construction, restoration, and fabrication, guiding teams through complex tasks while maintaining quality control and adherence to project specifications. Your expertise will help shape successful outcomes across diverse environments, from residential remodels to commercial restorations. Duties Lead and coordinate construction and restoration projects, including framing, drywall, siding, roofing, flooring, and fixture installation. Supervise and mentor team members in the proper use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery to ensure safety and efficiency. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans. Perform detailed construction estimating to determine material needs, labor costs, and project timelines. Execute specialized tasks such as concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, plumbing, electrical wiring, and metal stud framing. Manage on-site operations including heavy lifting, scaffolding setup, caulking, stucco application, tile laying, and water damage restoration. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project specifications are met or exceeded. Conduct quality inspections throughout each phase of construction or restoration to uphold craftsmanship standards. Oversee fabrication processes involving woodworking or CNC machinery when applicable. Skills Extensive experience in construction estimating and blueprint reading for diverse projects. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding equipment and heavy lifting techniques. Strong background in carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry, framing carpentry, cabinet installation and door hanging. Knowledge of various construction trades such as masonry, roofing, siding installation, drywall finishing and flooring installation. Ability to perform concrete forming, rebar installation and masonry work with precision. Familiarity with restoration processes including mold remediation and water damage repair industry standards. Skilled in schematic interpretation for electrical wiring or plumbing layouts; experience with metal stud framing preferred. Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocols; ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Capable of fabricating custom components using woodworking or CNC machinery as needed for specialized projects. Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients; detail-oriented approach to ensure project accuracy.
