Lead Carpenter / Experienced Remodeler - Full Time Hall of Fame Home Renovations is growing, and we're looking to add an experienced Lead Carpenter / Remodeler to our team. We have a steady lineup of upcoming projects, including full basement remodels, kitchens, bathrooms, and other interior renovations. We take pride in doing exceptional work, and that has helped us build a strong base of happy clients, referrals, and repeat customers. We're looking for someone who is experienced in some or all phases of interior remodeling and is comfortable working independently and as part of a team. What we're looking for: Strong remodeling and/or carpentry experience Experience with multiple phases of interior renovations Reliable and able to show up consistently Own reliable vehicle/transportation Own basic hand and power tools Good attention to detail and pride in your work Able to work independently and help keep projects moving This is a full-time position with consistent work and room to grow as the company continues to grow. Raises and performance bonuses are available for someone who proves themselves and takes on additional responsibility.
