Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Framer Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, with expertise in installation, restoration, and remodeling projects. This role requires proficiency with both hand and power tools, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality finishes on various construction projects. Responsibilities Execute precise measurements and cuts for various materials to ensure accurate installations. Install and restore siding, roofing, and other structural components with attention to detail. Frame on Slab and Install on Foundation Troubleshoot issues that arise during the construction process and provide effective solutions. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, and measuring devices. Experience with power tools including drills, nail guns, and sanders for efficient construction processes. Knowledge of roofing techniques and materials for effective installation or restoration. Ability to perform remodeling tasks with a keen eye for detail and quality craftsmanship Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise on-site. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
