In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming blueprints and schematics into beautifully crafted woodwork that enhances residential, commercial, and restoration projects. Your skills will help ensure precision, quality, and timely completion of each project while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your carpentry expertise and contribute to high-end fabrication and installation. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute cabinet fabrication and installation Operate hand tools, power tools and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Measure, cut, assemble, and install custom cabinets, fixtures, doors, molding, and trim with precision Handle finishing tasks such as caulking, painting, plastering, stucco application, and flooring installation to achieve polished results Install hardware fixtures including hinges, handles, locks, and other components according to specifications Conduct quality checks throughout the fabrication process to ensure adherence to safety standards and design specifications Assist with restoration projects involving water damage remediation, mold remediation, or structural repairs Collaborate with team members on site to ensure smooth workflow while maintaining a safe construction environment Requirements Proven experience in carpentry with a focus on cabinetry or trim carpentry; restoration industry experience is a plus Proficiency with construction estimating software and schematics reading for accurate project planning Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, chisels, drills; power tools including routers and sanders; CNC machinery knowledge is advantageous Strong understanding of blueprint reading for precise fabrication and installation tasks Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks throughout the workday Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and understanding project requirements Join us in delivering exceptional craftsmanship on every project!
