In this role, you will be responsible for constructing durable, high-quality pole barns by interpreting blueprints, managing framing processes, and ensuring structural integrity. Your expertise will help bring our clients' visions to life through precise craftsmanship, efficient project execution, and adherence to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills in various construction disciplines, and contribute to building lasting structures that stand the test of time. Duties Extensive pole barn building, including wall and roof systems, utilizing wood framing materials according to schematics and blueprints Perform layout of building, squaring, and assembly of structures Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to assist with framing, lifting, and material placement Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly of structures Install siding, trim carpentry, roofing, and other finishing components to complete the building exterior Manage construction site activities efficiently by coordinating with team members and supervising subcontractors when necessary Conduct quality inspections throughout the project to ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and client specifications Skills Extensive experience in Pole barn erection and frame carpentry techniques Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction management principles Skilled in metal siding installation, Metal Roofing, some heavy equipment operations and attention to detail. Ability to use hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, levels, as well as power tools safely and effectively Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in challenging conditions Experience with remodeling projects or restoration work is a plus but not required Join our team if you're passionate about building robust structures with precision craftsmanship!
