  • Finish Carpenter We are seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.
This role focuses on the final phase of construction, where precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are critical. As a Finish Carpenter, you will complete detailed, highly visible work at job sites—including trim, cabinetry, doors, and other finish elements. Your work defines the final appearance of each project and plays a key role in delivering a polished, professional result. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, maintains high standards, and consistently delivers clean, accurate finishes—while also contributing to the positive, dependable, and close-knit culture that makes our team strong. What You'll Do Install, assemble, and detail high-quality finish carpentry elements, including:
  • Trim and molding (baseboards, crown molding, window and door casing)
  • Interior doors and door hardware
  • Cabinetry and built-ins
  • Stair components (handrails, balusters, treads)
  • Shelving and custom woodwork
  • Wainscoting, paneling, and other decorative finishes What You'll Bring
  • Strong eye for detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
  • Advanced measuring, cutting, and precision fitting skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and finish schedules
  • Proficiency with hand tools and finish carpentry power tools
  • Working knowledge of materials, fasteners, and finishing techniques
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially when working in imperfect or out-of-square conditions
  • Patience, consistency, and a steady hand for detailed finish work
