If you have a passion for woodworking and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you! As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. Join us in creating beautiful and functional spaces that our clients will love. Responsibilities Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to specifications. Construct and install frameworks, structures, and fixtures, such as initial framing for new home builds, windows, door frames, and staircases. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project requirements. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure project timelines are met. Perform repairs and maintenance on existing structures as needed. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Keep work areas clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Carpenter or similar role. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods, including installation and construction. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with hand and power tools used in carpentry. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good physical condition and stamina for manual labor. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a carpentry apprenticeship is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Drug Screen
