Lead Carpenter

Lead Carpenter (Fence and Deck Installer) Are you a skilled and experienced carpenter? We are a reputable company based in Eugene, Oregon, seeking a talented Journeyman level Carpenter to join and lead our team. Responsibilities:

Construct, install, and repair fences and decks according to project specifications Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to ensure accuracy Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and achieve desired results Operate and maintain various carpentry tools and equipment safely Ensure compliance with building codes, safety guidelines, and quality standards Provide guidance and mentorship to junior carpenters when necessary Drive company vehicle and tow trailers Pickup materials as needed

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Journeyman Carpenter Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and shaping materials with precision Skilled in operating and maintaining carpentry tools and equipment Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and an insurable driving record We appreciate all applications, but only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
