Weeks $4,000-$10,000 performance-based annual bonus Health coverage 120 hours PTO Matching 401k Company vehicle Tool reimbursement Work responsibilities As a Lead Carpenter at Lamont, your job is to lead a team of 1-3 top-notch carpenters and craftsmen to complete high-end remodel projects. You'll be responsible for just one jobsite at a time, so you can focus on doing your best work for each client.

As the leader on-site for each project, you'll be expected not only to produce quality work but also to perform quality control checks for your team. Excellent attention to detail, a firm understanding of remodeling, and fine-tuned finish carpentry skills will prepare you for success in this role. Ideally, a strong candidate for a Remodel Superintendent position will have: 3+ years of construction/carpentry experience Excellent skills in rough and/or finish carpentry Strong customer service and communication Creative problem-solving abilities Leadership and teamwork skills Experience in installing Cabinetry Tile Flooring Drywall Trim & Finishes Basic understanding of plumbing, electric, HVAC, and natural gas Physical capability to perform the following tasks for 8 hours a day Kneeling Bending Digging Climbing Lifting up to 80 lbs.
