Carpenter / Working Project Manager, Full Time Boxwell Design

+ Build is a design-build and general contracting firm in Sisters with 24 years in Central Oregon. We build high-end custom homes, high end remodels and we're looking for a skilled carpenter who can also run our projects.

The role:

This is a hands-on position, roughly 60% on the tools and 40% running the project. You'll lead the work on site and keep jobs moving from start to punch. Framing through finish carpentry, with quality you'd put your name on Installing windows, doors, casing, trim, decking, siding, and more Scheduling and coordinating subs and deliveries Reading plans, catching problems early, and solving them in the field Clear, professional communication with clients and the office Keeping sites clean, safe, and organized Running punch lists and closeout What we're looking for: 5+ years of carpentry experience, with finish work a strong plus Experience leading a crew or running jobs, formal title or not Organized, dependable, and comfortable owning a project Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and your own hand tools Custom residential or high-end remodel experience preferred What we offer:
