Carpenter - Residential Remodeling with at least 5-10 yrs experience of hands-on residential remodeling. Ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, capable of leading projects on -site and committed to quality workmanship & professionalism. Able to work independently, communicate effectively with homeowners & team members - keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining high standards. Have strong knowledge of residential remodeling practices; ability to lead projects & work independently; high attention to detail; strong communication & customer service skills; ability to lift 50+ lbs & perform physical job duties daily. Preferred Qualifications incl exp with kitchen & bathroom remodels; ability to manage small crews;
