Carpenter Foreman Job Description We are seeking experienced commercial carpenters in Allentown and surrounding areas. Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of carpentry experience and be versatile in handling various phases of projects, including rough-ins, finish and trim work, and demolition. This is a long-term opportunity for individuals who are ready to contribute to a variety of construction projects. Responsibilities Perform rough-ins, finish and trim work, and demolition tasks on various projects. Work with wood framing, steel stud framing, and drywall installation. Install doors, hardware, and other carpentry elements as required. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately. Utilize hand and power tools efficiently for various construction tasks. Essential Skills 4+ years of commercial carpentry experience. Proficiency in wood framing and steel stud framing. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Experience with doors and hardware installation. Skilled in using hand and power tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience on commercial projects in settings such as warehouses, medical centers, and data centers. Familiarity with construction tasks such as painting, demolition, and general labor. Why Work Here? The work environment is dynamic, supporting a variety of clients and construction needs. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
