Description We are seeking a dependable and skilled Carpenter to join our commercial construction team. Candidates should have experience working in a fast-paced construction environment, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to produce high-quality work while collaborating with project teams and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Perform general carpentry and construction work.
Measure, cut, and install building materials.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Follow all company safety procedures and regulations. Skills & Experience 3-4 years previous carpentry or construction experience preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
Experience reading blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
Ability to work at heights, including ladders and scaffolding.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
