- Supervise carpentry crews on commercial job sites
- Oversee metal stud framing and drywall installation
- Read blueprints and manage layout/installation
- Install ceilings, doors, frames, and hardware
- Coordinate with other trades to maintain workflow
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and jobsite compliance
- Monitor quality, schedules, and team performance Skills/Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial carpentry experience
- Strong metal stud framing and drywall skills
- Blueprint reading and layout experience
- Leadership experience managing crews
- Proficient with hand/power tools (own tools required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physical environment
