Carpenter/Construction

We are looking for a skilled Carpenter and/or Crew Leader who enjoys hands-on work and takes satisfaction in turning blueprints into beautiful, solid realities. Your Responsibilities Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to plan jobs effectively. Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other building materials with accuracy. Install structures, fixtures, and cabinetry according to design and safety standards. Maintain tools and equipment ensuring safety and optimal performance. Collaborate closely with project managers and other tradespeople to meet deadlines and client expectations. Identify potential challenges on the job site and propose practical solution. Crew Leader expected to manage a crew, work with customers, material ordering and scheduling tasks onsite What We're Looking For Proven experience as a carpenter or woodworker with a solid portfolio or references. Comfortable using hand and power tools, as well as reading technical plans. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Good problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
