We are seeking a skilled tradesman who takes pride in quality workmanship, shows up reliably, and values being part of a strong, family-oriented team. Responsibilities Perform residential construction tasks (framing, trim, remodeling, etc.) Read and follow plans and specifications Maintain clean and organized job sites Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Uphold high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail Requirements Experience in construction or skilled trades (carpentry preferred) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, standing, working outdoors) Team-oriented mindset Valid driver's license preferred What We're Looking For Someone who values family, integrity, and doing the job right the first time Takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a local company Positive attitude and dependable presence on the job site Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience: $23-$35/hour Steady, full-time work Opportunity for growth within the company If you're looking to be part of a company where your work matters and your team feels like family, we'd love to hear from you.
