These positions will primarily focus on kitchen and bath remodeling. Responsibilities Lead and assist with building erection, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics Operate power tools, heavy equipment, and hand tools safely and efficiently Read blueprints and schematics to interpret project requirements accurately Conduct framing carpentry, and trim carpentry as needed Support remodeling and restoration projects by applying carpentry skills and construction techniques Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining safety standards Requirements Proven experience in construction site work or a strong desire to learn Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday Excellent understanding of construction safety protocols and site management practices Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high-quality standards Valid experience in remodeling or restoration projects is a plus Must posess a valid driver's license Must have a PA Business License or be able to obtain one within 30 days Must have proof of business license.
