The ideal candidate will have a multiple years of experience in carpentry and be adaptable to various construction tasks, such as drywalling, flooring/tiling, framing, door and window replacements, and kitchen/bathroom remodels. The Carpenter will be responsible for both residential and commercial projects, providing exceptional service while adhering to safety regulations and industry standards. Duties/Responsibilities Perform carpentry tasks including framing, installing structures and fixtures, and building frameworks. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Measure, cut, shape, and install building materials, including wood, drywall, and fiberglass. Construct, repair, and install building frameworks and structures. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working at heights. Adaptable to working in various environments, both indoors and outdoors. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
