Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Remodeling Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality remodeling projects across residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute remodeling plans. Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and siding work with precision. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Install fixtures, flooring, tile and drywall components to meet project specifications. Measure materials accurately for construction estimating purposes; manage material fabrication and assembly efficiently. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and client requirements while maintaining a clean job site. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues on-site and adapt plans as necessary for successful project completion. Experience Proven experience in construction framing carpentry, trim carpentry, and general remodeling projects. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and construction site safety protocols. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, metal stud framing, drywall installation and fixture installation. Knowledge of siding installation , flooring installation, cabinetry setup, and door hanging. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site while maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of remodeling work.
