We are hiring a Master Carpenter and Field Production Leader —someone who can step onto any project, work effectively with different crews, raise the level of production, and help us build a dependable core team. This individual will work directly alongside our Project Manager as a trusted field assistant and second-in-command. You will help turn plans into production, keep crews moving, solve problems in the field, and make sure our workmanship consistently represents the T&A standard. You will:

Serve as the Project Manager's direct field assistant and trusted right hand Lead residential remodeling projects from demolition through final punch Move between projects to support production, solve problems, and reinforce standards Help establish a solid core team capable of producing consistent results Set the pace without sacrificing workmanship Lead, train, and develop teams of 2-4 carpenters Help evaluate crew strengths and identify areas requiring improvement Verify layouts, measurements, materials, and job readiness Coordinate daily field operations with the Project Manager and subcontractors Anticipate problems and resolve them before they affect the schedule Protect project timelines, labor budgets, and production margins Maintain exceptional jobsite cleanliness and organization Communicate professionally with homeowners Represent T&A as a leader—not simply as another worker This is not a clock-in, clock-out position. This is a hands-on field leadership position for someone who takes ownership and understands that the entire team's performance matters.
