We handle new construction and development projects and take pride in quality craftsmanship and reliable work. We're growing and looking to add a dependable carpenter to our crew. What You'll Do Perform rough and/or finish carpentry on residential and new construction projects Frame walls, floors, and roofs; install subfloors, sheathing, and structural components Hang doors, install trim, molding, and cabinetry as needed Read and work from blueprints and project plans Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately and safely Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe Work as part of a team and communicate with the lead/foreman What We're Looking For Open to all experience levels — from motivated apprentices to seasoned carpenters Reliable transportation and the ability to get to job sites on time Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day Comfortable using hand and power tools (or eager to learn) Own basic tools a plus (not required for entry-level) Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Why Work With Us Full-time, steady work (W-2 position) Hands-on training and room to grow with a developing company Be part of a tight-knit crew that values quality work How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed, or reach out with a brief note about your experience.
