Carpenter Job Summary We are looking for a hard working individual aspiring a career in the trades to join our growing team. No experience is necessary - on the job training will be provided as candidate will work directly with one of the business owners. We specialize in exterior remodeling which includes siding, roofing, windows & doors, decks and more. Requirements Valid State Issued Driver's License Basic construction/carpentry knowledge and skills (how to read tape measure, use basic hand and power tools, etc.) Clean criminal record Willing and able to lift 100+ lbs. Work at heights on roofs, ladders, and scaffolding Reliable transportation The drive to improve carpentry and construction skills Enthusiastic attitude Pay & Info $20-23/hr Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4pm Company operates out of Hershey, PA and services a 1-hour radius in surrounding areas Overtime available after 1 month of work

PPE and Work Attire:

Basic hand tools (tool belt, tape measure, hammer and utility knife) Work boots must be work on the jobsite Work pants (jeans, cargo pants) or work shorts (cargo shorts or similar) must be worn on the jobsite No graphic shirts or competing companies Candidate will receive company gear upon completion of 40 days of work There is tremendous opportunity for growth within the company! You will work directly with both owners and be able to earn raises and/or promotions including but not limited to: Foreman, Project Manager, Administrative Roles, etc!

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
