We have over 50 units and a large 75,000 sq ft building that needs constant attention and work. We are always expanding. Overview We are seeking a skilled Carpenter with expertise in flooring, painting, and general construction to join our energetic team. This role involves transforming spaces through precise carpentry, flooring installation, drywall work, and finishing touches. If you're passionate about craftsmanship, detail-oriented, and ready to take on diverse projects, this opportunity is for you! Responsibilities Install flooring materials including hardwood, laminate, tile, and vinyl with precision and care Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, door hanging, siding installation, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing Apply finishing techniques including painting, caulking, stucco application, plastering, and water damage restoration Operate hand tools and power tools safely for woodworking and construction tasks while adhering to safety protocols Install fixtures, doors, drywall, siding, and other wood construction materials on residential or commercial sites Conduct heavy lifting as needed for material handling and project setup Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on residential carpentry and remodeling projects Hands-on experience with woodworking machines and power tools for woodworking tasks Familiarity with the restoration industry including mold remediation and water damage repair Ability to work efficiently on construction sites while maintaining safety standards for power tool use and heavy lifting Previous experience in drywall installation, rebar installation, fixture mounting, siding work, and flooring installation is highly desirable Join our team to craft exceptional spaces through expert carpentry skills!
