Carpenter / Laborer

Brothers Lawn Care Inc.•Lake Ariel, PA Brothers Lawn Care Inc. is looking for an experienced Carpenter / Construction Subcontractor to assist with a variety of residential construction and remodeling projects in the Lake Ariel area. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in carpentry and general construction who is comfortable working on projects ranging from small repairs to larger remodels. Responsibilities Build and repair decks and outdoor structures Assist with framing projects and building garages Install flooring (hardwood, laminate, vinyl, etc.) Perform trim work and finish carpentry Install bathroom tile and backsplashes Assist with home remodels and construction projects Work on both small repairs and larger renovation jobs Maintain clean and organized job sites Communicate with the project lead regarding progress and materials Requirements Experience with carpentry and residential construction Ability to work independently and complete jobs efficiently Reliable transportation to job sites Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Must be able to lift materials and work on construction sites General liability insurance required (if you do not currently have insurance, we can assist in getting you set up) Must be able to work as an independent subcontractor (1099)

Job Details Pay:

$25•30 per hour depending on experience

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM•4:00

PM Location:

Lake Ariel, PA and surrounding areas

Employment Type:

Subcontractor (1099•W9 required)
