Experienced Residential Carpenter Lansdale, PA 19446 $26.29 - $40.00 an hour - Full-time $26.29 - $40.00 an hour - Full-time Build Custom Homes That Stand Out JL Talent Solutions is hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter to support multiple established custom home builders and residential remodeling contractors throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. We partner with reputable companies specializing in luxury custom homes, additions, and high-end renovations. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoy working on unique residential projects, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom residential projects. Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings. Install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and custom millwork. Lead or assist field crews while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Coordinate with project managers and other trades. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site. Qualifications 5+ years of residential carpentry experience. Experience with custom homes or high-end residential remodeling preferred. Ability to read blueprints and work independently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
