Carpenter Laborer Pay:
$20/hr About the Role We're looking for a motivated Carpenter Laborer to join our team. You'll work across multiple areas of construction—including framing, flooring, drywall, cabinet making, and final finishing—within an indoor prefab building environment. This is a first‑shift position with steady hours and opportunities for overtime and long‑term growth. Schedule Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm Ability to leave early when daily goals are met Occasional 10+ hour shifts based on workload What You'll Do Framing — Cut lumber, build walls using air nailers, and work with jigs for accuracy Drywall Installation — Hang drywall, cut around fixtures, read tape measures, and finish with tape and paste Floor Assembly — Frame floors with joists, install subfloors, and add insulation Cabinet Shop Work — Assemble/install cabinets, cut countertops, trim cabinetry, and complete kitchen/bath installs Final Finishing — Install blinds, appliances, clean interiors, and prepare units for completion What You Bring Construction experience (professional or personal projects) Ability to read a tape measure accurately Familiarity with hand tools Prior carpentry experience is a plus but not required Strong work ethic and reliability Why You'll Love Working Here Stable, indoor construction environment (no weather delays) First‑shift hours with overtime opportunities Growing company with potential for full‑time conversion Opportunity to earn piece‑rate pay for higher income Work Environment This is a fast‑paced, physically demanding role inside a prefab manufacturing facility. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leola, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
