Job Description
Job Summary We are openly looking for 2 motivated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our construction team. In this role, you will be actively involved in a variety of carpentry and general labor tasks on construction sites, contributing to the successful completion of diverse projects. Your energy, attention to detail, and hands-on expertise will help ensure quality craftsmanship and efficient project progress. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills across multiple facets of the construction industry. References is a MUST! Responsibilities Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, siding, and fixture installation with precision. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Assist with concrete forming, masonry work, rebar installation, roofing, and framing as needed. Conduct demolition and drywall finishing tasks. Support remodeling projects by installing flooring, tiles, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, electrical components, and other building elements. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times while handling heavy lifting and working on construction sites. Experience Prior experience in the construction industry is highly preferred. Familiarity with construction estimating and working from blueprints or schematics is a plus. Hands-on experience with various carpentry techniques, including trim carpentry, woodworking, framing, and fixture installation. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and perform heavy lifting safely. Construction site experience involving roofing, siding installation, electrical work, or plumbing is desirable. Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction painting, caulking, masonry, rebar installation and other trades involved in building projects.
