In this role, you will be responsible for constructing and remodelling, installing, repairing, and maintaining job site projects with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will contribute to a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial builds. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality work that meets safety standards and project specifications. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects (an advantage) Erect buildings and framework using metal stud and wood stud framing techniques Operate power tools and hand tools safely for framing, trimming, drywall installation, siding, millwork and finish work Install drywall and carpentry finishes, siding materials, perform trim carpentry with accuracy and acoustical ceiling work is an advantage Maintain a clean and safe worksite and follow all safety protocols. Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fit and alignment Follow plans, measurements and instructions Coordinating tasks on-site, ensuring timely completion of projects Experience Proven construction site experience with a strong background in carpentry and finishes and related trades Hands-on experience with framing, drywall, finishes installation, and siding work is advantageous Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools and dimensional measurements Familiarity with construction plans for framing projects including metal and wood stud framing and all carpentry finish task Ability to perform safely while maintaining attention to detail during construction or restoration projects Basic math skills necessary for precise measurements and calculations on-site Join our team if you're ready to build exceptional structures with energy and enthusiasm!
