If you have leadership abilities, you can work independently and you can work with a team, you are an excellent candidate for the team. Jobs vary between commercial and residential. If you can adapt to a large variety of projects, you are qualified to work with us. If you have experience with construction estimates that is a huge bonus. You must have a drivers license and a car to be considered for this position. Responsibilities Ability to measure trim and precisely install trim carpentry Familiarity with power tools and hand tools Ability to measure and plan out your space Ability to install fixtures, including but not limited to: siding, cabinetry, doors, flooring and tile Drywall installation and experience spackling Ability to install fixtures and perform general handyman repairs is a bonus Requirements Experience in trim carpentry and framing Experience in project planning and creating estimates Experience installing cabinets Experience using general hand tools and power tools Ability to problem-solve Ability to install and finish drywall Experience with tile laying, tile cutting and flooring installation is a plus Familiarity with plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics is a plus If you can drive, are able to show up on time, have familiarity with General Contracting / Carpentry skills you are an excellent candidate.
