We take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and honest, reliable service. We're looking for a hardworking, trustworthy, and experienced Residential Skilled Carpenter to join our team right away.
- Responsibilities Hang and install kitchen cabinets, doors, trim, framing, baseboards, and crown molding Perform minor framing, drywall, and window installation Handle finish carpentry with precision and attention to detail Assist with other renovation tasks as needed Maintain a clean and safe job site Work well with the team and follow directions
- Requirements 5+ years of carpentry/finish work experience Valid driver's license (company vehicle available) Must pass a background check Hardworking, honest, and dependable Open to feedback Able to work more than 40 hours per week when needed and some Saturdays Team player with a strong work ethic
- Compensation Starting at $32/hr and up, depending on skill and knowledge 1099 position, with potential for long-term growth as the company expands 4 paid holidays Quarterly performance bonuses available based on individual and company performance.
