Job duties:
Read and understand drawings and Scope of work. Set up dust and existing finishes protection Communicate with homeowner on a daily basis Demo in an orderly and efficient manner. Skills in both rough and finish carpentry. Understanding of all trades. Onsite management of trade partners. Minor drywall repairs Ability to develop material lists.
