We're hiring a Carpenter who takes pride in quality work and wants to be part of a team that values skill and professionalism. If you have 3-5 years of residential remodeling experience and want to work on projects that matter - this is the place. What You'll Do Perform rough and finish carpentry on kitchens, bathrooms, additions, decks, and whole-home renovations Frame, trim, install cabinetry, doors, windows, siding, and custom millwork Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings Work alongside the lead carpenter and project managers to keep projects on schedule Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Communicate professionally with clients, trades, and the True North team Follow company procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations What You Need 3-5 years of residential carpentry experience remodeling required Strong skills in framing, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and siding Ability to read plans and work independently with minimal oversight High attention to detail and pride in clean, precise work Professional communication with clients and coworkers Valid driver's license + reliable transportation to job sites Able to lift 75+ lbs and work in varying conditions Own basic hand tools power tools provided
