Job Description

About us Andrew & Co. Design + Build focuses on large scope remodels and new construction projects. We run a fast-paced, demanding work environment where quality is paramount. We are builders - not single trade-focused individuals. Core competency requirements include rough and finish carpentry, but you can expect to learn the craft of building a home from start to finish.
YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS' WORTH OF CARPENTRY EXPERIENCE IN BOTH ROUGH AND FINISH.
Required Skills:
Basic framing knowledge: wall framing, rafter cutting, trim installation, etc. Installing windows and doors; custom door jambs (mortising and routering) Flooring installation Drywall hanging Familiarity and comfortability with carpenter's hand tools and power tools ( YOU
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN HAND TOOLS, A TOOL BELT, AN IMPACT AND DRILL
) Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently. Outstanding communication skills. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. Pay is based on experience. Company vehicle for the right candidate.
