Temp-to-Hire Shift:
Full-Time Key Responsibilities Construct wood and metal stud framing for walls, floors, roofs, and ceilings. Install drywall, insulation, doors, windows, and exterior siding or trim. Perform finish carpentry including installing cabinets, countertops, baseboards, and molding. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans accurately. Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy shop equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure all construction work meets local building codes and quality standards. Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience as a carpenter in residential or commercial construction. Strong knowledge of structural framing techniques and finish carpentry methods. Proficiency with standard carpentry tools (saws, nail guns, levels, drills). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on scaffolding safely. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to various local job sites.
