• Full-time We are seeking a high energy Lead Carpenter/Project Lead to join our growing team.

The Lead Carpenter is directly responsible for on-site carpentry construction (rough and finish) and is required to possess a high level of carpentry skills and ensure that company quality, policies and procedures are upheld. This position is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project and maintaining the project schedule while being the point of contact on site for the Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Execute rough and finish carpentry with high proficiency and attention to detail. Supervise and mentor laborers, apprentice carpenters, carpenters, and subcontractors. Develop work assignments, ensure quality control, and motivate the workforce. Manage the successful completion of residential remodeling projects valued from $50,000 to $350,000+ adhering to the schedule. Ensure job site safety and enforce company standards and rules. Attend meetings, maintain regular communication with clients and management throughout projects, and provide project updates daily. All applicants should have the following experience and abilities

• 5 years carpenter experience
• Ability to install kitchen cabinets and read architectural drawings
• Ability to install pre-hung doors, trim and framing
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Positive attitude!
• Valid Drivers License
• Preferred experience managing a job site and leading a workforce We are looking for an experienced, hard working, team player that is very detailed oriented.
