Job Description
Property Maintenance Carpenter/Handyman The Property Maintenance Carpenter/Handyman is an individual who proficiently performs upkeep, repairs, and updates to ensure that properties remain safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. The ideal candidate has experience with a wide range of trades and work types, such as but not limited to: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, concrete repair, flooring, and other tasks. Work is primarily located in commercial, office, and industrial facilities. As repairs may need completed when facility occupants are not present, evening or night work may be required. Overtime may also be available/required.
- Review, diagnose, plan for, and complete facility repairs, renovations, or upgrades to address customer needs.
- Identify and mitigate root causes to prevent future maintenance needs.
- Communicate with customers and company leadership to ensure understanding of needs and constraints and work toward the achievement of goals.
- Complete work in the time allotted.
- Participate in and/or contribute to project estimation.
- Travel to job sites to diagnose and/or complete work as assigned.
- Identify, source, and/or communicate what parts, materials, or supplies are needed to complete work.
- Keep the workspace neat, clean, orderly, and safe. Clean up work area at completion of work, leaving the site in a better condition than it was found.
- Maintain tools and equipment.
- Guarantee all safety protocols and quality standards are met.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for at least the most recent three (3) years
