Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Lead Remodeling Specialist to spearhead residential and commercial renovation projects. Duties Lead remodeling projects by interpreting construction plans, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation of design intent. Supervise and coordinate all aspects of construction, including building material installation, drywall, stucco, tile laying, masonry, carpentry, trim carpentry, window installation, door hanging, plastering, caulking, electrical work, plumbing, and hardscaping construction projects. Operate or oversee the use of heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently on outdoor work sites. Conduct construction inspections to monitor quality control, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with building codes. Manage subcontractors and team members by assigning tasks, providing guidance on construction management practices, and ensuring safety protocol adherence. Review construction estimates and manage project budgets while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. Interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately to guide onsite activities and ensure precise building material installation. Maintain detailed documentation including progress reports, safety logs, site inspections, and project timelines using tools like Bluebeam or similar software. Experience Proven experience in construction management with a focus on remodeling or renovation projects. Extensive hands-on experience with building construction techniques including drywall installation, stucco application, masonry work, tile laying, carpentry (including trim carpentry), window installation, door hanging, plastering, caulking, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and hardscaping. Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely across various outdoor work environments. Strong knowledge of interpreting technical drawings and construction plans for accurate execution of remodeling tasks. Experience operating heavy equipment relevant to outdoor hardscape or masonry work is preferred. Familiarity with construction estimating processes for project planning and resource allocation. Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining a focus on safety protocols at all times. Knowledge of Bluebeam software for digital plan review and project documentation is a plus.
