Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry and labor tasks to support construction projects across different phases. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from framing and trim carpentry to restoration and remodeling, utilizing your hands-on skills and technical knowledge. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to high-quality craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with framing, roofing, siding, soffit, facia, and gutters to ensure precise and efficient project completion Operate hand tools, power tools safely and effectively on various construction tasks Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications Handle heavy lifting and physical tasks such as material transport, scaffolding setup, and site cleanup Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with knowledge of various carpentry discipline Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery Experience in restoration industry projects such as water damage repair or mold remediation is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces when necessary Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites Prior experience not required.
