Job Responsibilities :

• Compile material take-offs for pickups and deliveries.
• Performs rough carpentry, finish carpentry, cabinet installation and including other duties on projects.
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings and trim.
• Maintain a clean and safe work site.
• Effectively plan, manage and track labor hours.
• Lead all jobsite related activity including overseeing trades and project schedule.
• Inform Project Manager or Company Owner of the daily progress of the project, including any client concerns, problems, delays, etc.
• Complete daily documentation on JobTread.
• Professional communication with team members and clients.

Job Requirements :

• Five or more years in carpentry and construction.
• General carpentry skills including framing, quality finish cabinet installation.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans, specifications, and change orders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized at all time, relating to both equipment, tools, materials and time/task management.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
