The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of remodeling and construction, demonstrating expertise in transforming spaces to meet client specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines. Perform drywall installation and finishing, ensuring smooth surfaces ready for painting or decoration. Build structures as required, including walls, partitions, and other frameworks. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Apply stucco finishes to exterior surfaces as needed for aesthetic appeal and protection. Carry out trim carpentry tasks, including the installation of moldings and baseboards. Fabricate custom pieces as required for specific projects, ensuring precision and quality. Handle electrical installations safely and efficiently when necessary. Install cabinets with attention to detail, ensuring proper alignment and functionality. Execute construction painting tasks to enhance the overall appearance of remodeled spaces. Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe Communicate professionally with homeowners Occasionally train or work alongside helpers or apprentices Experience Proven experience in remodeling or construction is essential. Proficiency in drywall installation, trim carpentry, stucco application, and cabinet installation is highly desirable. Familiarity with electrical work is a plus but not mandatory. Strong understanding of construction inspection processes and safety regulations. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
