You will serve as a critical field leader, driving the successful execution of high-quality residential additions and custom deck projects. This role allows you to lead and mentor a dedicated field crew while ensuring precision craftsmanship for a growing, family-oriented business. Impact:

Supervise and mentor a field crew of 2 to 3 carpentry professionals to ensure high-quality residential project delivery. Manage the daily execution of framing and deck installations in strict accordance with blueprints and safety protocols. Coordinate daily carpentry tasks and delegate responsibilities to maintain project timelines from start to finish. Direct the installation of custom deck railing systems and ensure every job site achieves complete, polished results. Execute skilled interior and exterior trim work to maintain the high craftsmanship standards of the business. Operate a company vehicle to transport crews and materials safely from the shop to various regional job sites.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Proven ability to lead residential carpentry crews and manage construction sites with minimal oversight. Strong proficiency in reading, interpreting, and executing detailed structural blueprints and residential building plans. Demonstrated experience framing residential additions and building custom, high-end decks. Absolute willingness to travel up to 40 miles to various project assignments as required by the business. Valid driver's license required to operate the provided company installation vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of leadership and framing experience specifically within the residential carpentry field. Completion of a formal trade program, technical certification, or equivalent field-based training. Advanced skills in fine finish carpentry, including detailed interior and exterior trim installations.
