About Us Fix It Clark Handyman LLC is a family-owned handyman business known for quality workmanship, honesty, and exceptional customer service. We take pride in treating our customers' homes with care and are looking for the right person to become an important part of our growing team. Position We are seeking a dependable, experienced Handyman Helper/Carpenter's Assistant with residential construction or handyman experience. This position will begin part-time. Our goal is to grow this role into a larger position for the right person as our business continues to grow. Responsibilities Assist lead handyman with residential repair and improvement projects Perform basic carpentry, trim installation, painting, caulking, drywall repairs, hardware installation, and general handyman tasks Load and unload materials and maintain tools Keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional Communicate respectfully with homeowners Work safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Qualifications Residential construction, remodeling, maintenance, or handyman experience preferred Ability to use common hand and power tools safely Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Dependable, punctual, and professional Strong work ethic and positive attitude Able to lift 75 pounds and work on ladders Ability to work independently on basic tasks and as part of a team Why Join Us?
