Responsibilities Lead and assist in metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics Perform concrete forming, finishing, and related tasks with precision and attention to detail Manage rebar installation and ensure proper placement according to blueprints and safety standards Execute masonry work including bricklaying, stucco application, and siding installation Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate various construction activities Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution Conduct framing carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, drywall installation, and woodworking tasks Assist with welding, plastering, roofing, siding, and restoration projects as needed Utilize hand tools effectively for framing, drywall work, or finishing touches Support remodeling projects by applying carpentry skills such as window/door installation or custom trim work Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and quality standards during heavy lifting or site operations Experience Proven experience in construction site environments with a focus on metal building erection and concrete forming Strong background in construction management principles and project coordination Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, masonry techniques, and roofing applications Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment and power tools safely on active sites Knowledge of various carpentry disciplines including framing carpentry, trim carpentry, siding, and woodwork Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining high-quality workmanship Prior involvement in restoration or remodeling projects is advantageous Demonstrated competence in using hand tools for detailed construction tasks Join our team as a if you are eager to bring your construction expertise to impactful projects while working in a supportive environment that values craftsmanship and safety.
