Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finish Trim Carpenter/Window Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and finishing interior and exterior trim, moldings, and windows with precision and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install finish carpentry components such as baseboards, crown molding, door casings, window trim, and custom woodwork using hand tools and power tools for woodworking. Install windows securely in various framing systems while ensuring proper sealing to prevent water damage or air leaks. Follow safety protocols related to power tool safety, heavy lifting, scaffolding use, and general construction site safety practices. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly throughout the job process. Experience Proven experience in residential carpentry with a focus on finish trim installation and window fitting.
