This position requires a craftsman with a strong eye for quality, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a wide range of roofing-related carpentry, siding, framing, remodeling, and finish carpentry work. The ideal candidate is someone who has spent their career developing exceptional carpentry skills and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products. Key Responsibilities Perform all aspects of roofing-related carpentry, including: Fascia replacement and repairs Roof structure repairs Sheathing and decking replacement Soffit installation and repair Exterior wood trim work Install and repair a variety of siding materials with a high level of craftsmanship, including: Fiber cement siding Wood siding Composite siding products Trim packages and exterior architectural details Complete residential and commercial framing projects, including: Structural repairs Wall framing Floor framing Roof framing Additions and remodels Perform finish carpentry work, including: Interior trim and millwork Exterior trim packages Door and window installation Custom carpentry details Punch list completion Communicate effectively with project managers Ideal Candidate This position is best suited for a career carpenter who takes pride in craftsmanship and has developed the skill set to recognize and deliver exceptional quality.
