Their role requires reading blueprints, operating fine woodworking tools, and focusing heavily on detail and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Millwork & Trim:
Measure, cut, and install crown molding, baseboards, door casings, and wainscotting with exact precision.
Cabinetry & Furniture:
Construct, assemble, and install custom cabinetry, shelving, and built-in furniture according to client specifications and blueprints.
Fixture Installation:
Hang interior and exterior doors, install window frames, and securely fit door hardware (locks, hinges, and handles).
Detailing & Finishing:
Sand, stain, caulk, putty, and varnish wood surfaces to achieve a flawless, ready-to-paint appearance.
Site Management:
Maintain a clean, organized work environment, adhere to all safety protocols, and ensure zero-waste material usage.
