Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from framing and trim carpentry to restoration and remodeling. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to high-quality craftsmanship. You will play a vital role in building, repairing, and restoring structures while ensuring safety and efficiency on every job site. This position is fully paid and provides a chance to develop versatile skills across multiple facets of construction. Duties Assist with framing, drywall installation, and trim carpentry using hand tools and power tools to ensure precise and durable results Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry, and roofing tasks to support various construction projects Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, siding, and flooring while adhering to safety standards Conduct water damage restoration, mold remediation, plastering, stucco application, and water damage repairs as needed Support fabrication and assembly tasks using CNC machinery or hand tools for custom projects Assist with heavy lifting, scaffolding setup, caulking, painting, and other finishing work to ensure project completion Experience Prior experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of safety protocols Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation Hands-on experience with carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, and cabinetry installation Familiarity with plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, or masonry is a plus Experience in restoration industry projects such as water damage repair or mold remediation is advantageous Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, CNC equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights in various weather conditions Join our team if you're passionate about building quality structures and eager to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment! Pay:
$25.49 - $40.00 per hour
