Full Job Description Carpenter Warwick, RI Pay:

  • 35/hr based on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8 AM

What You'll Be Doing:
General carpentry and wood repair Siding, window, and door installation Minor roof and shingle repairs Light plumbing, electrical, and painting work Interior and exterior facility repairs Responding to routine and emergency maintenance calls Site inspections and identifying repair needs Snow removal in the winter months Keeping tools, materials, and workspaces safe and organized You're a
Great Fit If You:
Have 2+ years of experience in carpentry or general building maintenance Know your way around hand and power tools Are comfortable doing light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work Can lift 50 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor environments Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Are a problem-solver with strong attention to detail Have a CDL or equipment operator's license (a bonus!)
