In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures using a variety of hand and power tools. Your expertise will contribute to building high-quality projects, ensuring safety standards, and delivering exceptional craftsmanship. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about delivering top-tier results in a fast-paced environment. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects. Measure dimensions and calculate angles using tape measures, rulers, and other tools to ensure precise cuts and fits. Frame walls, install metal studs, drywall, stucco, siding, and perform trim carpentry with attention to detail. Operate hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels, as well as power tools including drills and saws to complete tasks efficiently. Follow construction plans meticulously while adhering to safety protocols; coordinate with project managers on scheduling and project progress. Assist with remodeling projects by restoring existing structures or updating interiors with new fixtures or finishes. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials; ensure all safety standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Proven experience in construction environments with hands-on knowledge of framing, drywall installation, roofing, masonry, or related fields. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and interpreting construction plans accurately. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other carpentry equipment. Ability to perform dimensional measurements precisely; comfortable with basic math calculations necessary for construction tasks. Knowledge of construction management principles; ability to follow safety guidelines diligently on-site. Valid construction site experience with a focus on quality craftsmanship Excellent teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently when necessary; effective communication skills.
