COASTAL CONSTRUCTION & TRIM
Charleston, SC From $20 an hour - Full-time From $20 an hour - Full-time Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Finish Trim Carpenter. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across various construction disciplines while working on diverse projects that challenge and inspire. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install interior and exterior trim including baseboards, crown molding, wainscoting, and door casings with precision Install doors, windows, fixtures, cabinetry, siding, and other finishing components to specifications Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete detailed carpentry tasks Conduct quality inspections to ensure all work meets safety standards and client expectations Qualifications Preferred but not required experience in trim carpentry, door hanging, fixture installation, or related fields within the construction or restoration industry Preferred skilled in the use of hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers) and power tools (drills, sanders) Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights when necessary Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
